Digital markets continue to raise important questions for competition and regulation, from the exercise of market power and the conditions for effective participation to how regulatory frameworks should respond as these markets evolve.

Join Prof Martin Peitz, Professor of Economics at the University of Mannheim and Director of MaCCI, and Karissa Moothoo Padayachie Nair, Economist and Researcher at CCRED, for a discussion exploring emerging challenges in digital markets and different approaches to competition and regulation in South Africa and internationally.
